Week 51 – Parasite Party!

Yup you read the title right! There's apparently one occurring in me right now. More specifically it's an ameba, so no wonder I've been sick the past couple of weeks. So more running in and out of Dr.s offices this week. I experienced my first IV in my life (in Cambodia), not too bad I didn't even bruise. I'm on a tons of meds right now but all is well. I'm just glad they found the problem and the solution. So sorry but I've slept most of the week and went to the doctors.... soooo I don't have a lot to share. But I have a quote for all future missionaries (Hailey, Brock, whoever else)! My mission president's wife gave this quote to me when I was having a hard time last week and I love it! It's helped me relax a lot.

This pretty much sums up a mission for you! So don't get discouraged like I did when you feel like sometimes you're not doing much or not seeing much happening. Just think back to one or two moments on your mission when something did happen and say thank you.
